Return and Refund Policy

At Prime Haven, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom products (such as personalized or made-to-order items)
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about your item, please contact us for clarification.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must still meet the return eligibility criteria: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll need to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
